How are you, really?
Say how you feel. That mood is not locked in. Good actions add Karma, and you can move your mood up as the day gets kinder.
Self-care, just for you
A few kind things each day, so something kind can happen for you too. Five small objectives, a mood you can still move, and Karmi growing beside you. Karma is just for you. Your days stay on your iPhone.
Home, your calendar, a quiet year. All of it stays on your iPhone.
The ritual is small on purpose. Show up, do a few good things, and let yourself feel a little better. Karma only moves one way: up.
Say how you feel. That mood is not locked in. Good actions add Karma, and you can move your mood up as the day gets kinder.
Each day you get five objectives from different corners of a good life. Mark them when you did them. Want more? Add up to five extras, when you feel like it.
Double tap Karmi, then choose Good night. It is a promise to yourself, not a test. A quieter night is a gift you give yourself.
There is no tracker, no Apple Health, no score to perform for anyone else. If you skip a walk, that is fine. Tomorrow brings five new objectives. The only person who could be cheated is you, and you do not need to.
Five daily objectives, one weekly challenge, and a bigger monthly one. Finish them for extra Karma when it feels right. There is no hustle here.
Points help Karmi grow. They are not a health score, and nobody is watching. Do good things, and good things can happen for you.
Karmi lives on Home, growing with you. Two taps is the whole ritual: good night when you are ready, good morning when you wake.
Putting the phone away is a gift you give yourself. Karmi can remind you gently. You choose what to keep.
Widgets on your Home Screen show today’s mood and the month, without asking more of you. You stay in control.
Look back at moods and good actions without performing for anyone else. Your Karmalendar is just for you.
There is no account, no cloud, and no one to perform for. Mood and Karma stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded. You can delete everything anytime in Settings.

Karmalendar is a self-care app for iPhone. You do small good things so you can feel a little better. Five daily objectives, a calendar of how you feel, and a companion named Karmi. Karma is just for you, and it only goes up.
No. There is no sign-up, no cloud backup from us, and no ads. Purchases go through the App Store. Everything you log stays on your iPhone until you delete it.
No. Karmalendar does not diagnose, treat, or connect to Apple Health. Sleep times you set are a personal goal for the good-morning ritual, not a clinical sleep score.
On Home, tap Karmi twice, then choose Good night. That starts your phone-free evening. When Karmi is sleeping, tap twice again and choose Good morning. The time in between is your rest.
Touch and hold an empty space on the Home Screen until the apps jiggle. Tap Edit or the plus button, then Add Widget. Search for Karmalendar and choose Small, Medium, or Large. A widget keeps Karmi, your Karma, and this month’s color stamps nearby, without opening the app.
Email contact@karmalendar.com. Inside the app, Settings lets you delete all data on the device. Subscriptions are managed with Apple.
Whenever you are ready
Meet Karmi. Take the evening slowly. Let Karma only go up.
