Need help with Karmalendar? Email contact@karmalendar.com. Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version if something looks broken. We do not have your journal on a server, so we cannot look up your Karma from here.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Karmalendar. You can also use Apple’s Manage Subscriptions page. Restore purchases from Karmalendar Settings if you reinstall.

Delete your data

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete all data. That wipes the local journal and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app also removes app data on that device, aside from any backup you made yourself.

Common questions

Why don’t I see my days on a new iPhone?

Karmalendar keeps your journal on the device. There is no Karmalendar cloud account. A full device backup and restore (for example through Apple) may bring data along if iOS included the app’s store. Otherwise you start fresh. That is the privacy tradeoff.

Notifications are too quiet or too much

Open Settings in the app and choose morning, check-in, and evening reminders. You can also disable Karmalendar in iOS Settings → Notifications.

How do I say good night or wake Karmi?

On Home, tap Karmi twice, then choose Good night. That starts your phone-free evening. When Karmi is sleeping, tap twice again and choose Good morning. The time in between is your rest.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold an empty space on the Home Screen until the apps jiggle. Tap Edit or the plus button, then Add Widget. Search for Karmalendar and choose Small, Medium, or Large. A widget keeps Karmi, your Karma, and this month’s color stamps nearby, without opening the app.

The trial or purchase did not unlock

Use Restore purchases in Settings, confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID, and check App Store sandbox vs real account if you are a tester. Still stuck? Email us.
